Katrina – Founder
In 1995, when Katrina first took the leap from corporate to entrepreneur, she knew she had to make it work so that she could support her growing family. She put in the hours, mostly at nighttime while her family slept, to create her own commercial cleaning company from the ground up.
Katrina started out in maintenance cleaning with only one account. She worked hard and continued to grow her business! It was when K and S Commercial Cleaning completed their first construction clean over 20 years ago that Katrina felt truly excited to expand the future services that K and S Commercial Cleaning could offer. That construction clean was a total of 365,000 square feet and she was able to form a great working relationship with the owner and company who owned the building. That was over 15 years ago, and K and S Commercial Cleaning still proudly provides services for them today.
In turn, Katrina knew that she could provide opportunities for other individuals to find work freedom in her women owned business. Katrina is proud to own a business that is founded from the heart and will continue to serve her customers and employees diligently.
As a mother, Katrina knows the importance of flexibility when it comes to scheduling. This is why we are extremely flexible within the construction setting and we work diligently to create a schedule that is the best fit for our customers schedule and the deadlines we are required to meet.
In Katrina’s spare time she enjoys time spent with family, outdoor activities, exercise, and reading, all with a cup of coffee in hand!
Julie Spry – Administrative Assistant
Julie is K and S Commercial Cleaning’s long-time Administrative Assistant. She has worked for K and S since the beginning and knows the ins and outs of cleaning, along with the business side behind it. Julie organizes and coordinates administrative duties and office procedures. A smooth-running office and efficient day to day operations is all in credit to Julie.
Outside of work, Julie likes to camp with her family, garden, and hang out with her two sons, husband, and their spirited little poodle.
Jill Hoover – Accounting Manager
Jill manages the payroll, invoicing and all accounting activities to ensure a quality service is consistently provided according to our customer’s changing needs and expectations.
In her spare time, Jill loves to spend time with her family and take long walks with her dog, Daisy.
