Due to the nature of the job you’re applying for, we need to ask for a background check on you. This means requesting a Criminal Records check from the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The purpose for this is to assure that all of our customers are in good hands, both with our company and with each and every employee that enters their business location.

Please take the following steps so that we can submit the request to the MSHP on your behalf.

1. Click the Start Request Process link below these instructions.
2. Enter your name and email address so you can be sent a link to the online form.
3. Check your email for message from us, K & S Commercial Cleaning, via HelloWorks
4. Open the email and click the “Get Started” button to open the form fill app.
5. Complete and submit the MSHP Criminal Record Check Request
6. You will receive a copy of the form via email for your records.
